Located in Coastal Northern California, RETU’s mission is to conserve, protect and restore the Redwood Empire’s coldwater fisheries and their watersheds. We work to ensure that robust populations of native and wild coldwater fish once again thrive in legendary salmon and steelhead rivers like the Eel and Russian and numerous other coastal rivers and streams.
Our volunteers, members and leadership are very active, organizing and participating in conservation, policy, educational and outreach events throughout Northern California.
