The Russian River is our region’s most vital natural resource. Our vision is for a Russian River that is healthy, swimmable, fishable, and equitably shared. Russian Riverkeeper protects and restores our watershed environment for the benefit of current and future generations.
Thanks to supporters and foundation grants we advocate for the Russian River, remove Arundo Donax, provide floodplain restoration, advocate against unchecked ground water pumping, help in fire and flood recovery, ensure river and watershed trash clean-up and support water conservation.
