Since 2007, Ceres Community Project has prepared home-delivered meals to people who are too sick to shop or cook for themselves. Our delicious meals are made from scratch by our Teen Chefs with guidance from our professional staff members.
Ceres’ diverse plant-forward menu draws upon a wide array of culinary traditions and cultures. The menu is designed by our Executive Chef, who has worked internationally in Michelin-starred restaurants, and approved by our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
As the recognized leader of medically tailored meals in Sonoma and Marin counties, we create meals that feature fresh, high-quality 100% organic ingredients – including vegetables and herbs from our own gardens and local community farms whenever possible. We look forward to serving you!
